I was just at God's Family Church in Riga, LATVIA for the second time this year. The conference was first planned as a Worship Conference, but before my arrival the Lord spoke to Pastor Andrey there was something more He wanted to accomplish in the conference. As a result there was an amazing impartation of a passion for souls throughout the meetings, in particular in the Saturday Morning meeting. In fact, many new people went out on the streets that same afternoon to lead people to Jesus. In all, 246 people gave their heart to the Lord on the streets over the weekend, in addition to several in the meetings.
The man I'm ministering to in the picture above came to the Saturday morning meeting out of sheer desperation. He had planned to take his life if God didn't touch him in a special way and set him free. I had a word from the Holy Ghost that someone was there in that condition. He responded immediately and rededicated his life to the Lord. Later, he came up in the prayer line again and received a powerful anointing. I believe God will make a bold soul-winner out of him now!!!
